Bowler hat

I know that LEGO has already made a bowler hat, but they're so rare, even if you do find one, they are so expensive...
I would be so glad if BrickArms made one.

It's a rare part for now, but then now that its in the LEGO line-up, no doubt we'll be finding it in more sets as time goes on. As such, there's no need for Will to create his own.
