You may be right. Either way, I typed in military Kevlar vest in google images and this is what came up...

That's what I was thinking too. If made it could be used with: Black MCH and Black Vest for police, SWAT; and Tan MCH and Tan Vest for military and militia.

Understandable. Most kevlars are tight fitting plain vests. And regular bullet proof vests such as Interceptor Body Armor ones, are more bulky plate carrier vests.
