Stalhelm v1 and v2 Review

Postby Brotone » Mon Mar 26, 2012 8:03 pm

After noticing the new Stalhelm, I noticed that I had made a recent order. I looked everywhere and found that I had a v2 Stalhelm. Here it is for a review and some pictures.

v1 - The v1 Stalhelm has thinner and longer sides. It's much larger, but has a lighter feel to it. It looks more open in the insides as well.
v2 - The v2 Stalhelm, has shorter and fatter sides. It looks stubbier and more protective then the original Stalhelm. I find it much better then the v1

v2 (left) and v1 (right) in a comparison shot.

v1 - As seen in the picture below, the v1 is taller, and the bill at the front of the helmet is longer and is curved more. Sides are much wider and the opening is larger.
v2 - The v2 is more compact and is chubbier then the v1. It looks more realistic then the v1. It seems much more protective, and is tighter on the head. The groove on the front is much shorter as well.

Which one do you like more?
