In the year 2022 with America attack from the Republic of new Latvia American citizens arm themselves and join local militias and by their side the whole way is the MC-12-H.A.R.P. The H.A.R.P is used by many groups of guerrilla fighters all of the US in quick hit and run attacks against Latvian soldiers. It is remote operated from up to 100 miles away and is armed with a mini-gun containing armor piercing rounds.
